Thank you and your excellent staff for work performed above and beyond what could be practically expected by any boater. It started with a failed new piece of equipment that after four months of not functioning the manufacturer finally recommended your organization to us. My first contact was with Mike Tobin via mobile phone from Sucia.

I was hanging from our radar arch to get an adequate mobile signal to be able to reach Mike. We were about to leave the US on an eight-week trip to Desolation Sound and points beyond. However, without this equipment the trip would have to have been canceled or significantly modified. Mike was able to arrange to send David to Roche Harbor within two days.

David’s technical analysis of the issues was thorough, accurate and efficient. I have managed technical staff most of forty-four year professional career.

He had the situation in hand the first day he was there, in addition to addressing a different set of problems for another customer at the same time. He had flown up that first day, but was not able to get a flight the second day. So in addition to going to the shop to get the appropriate parts for both, he drove back the next morning via ferry and worked until the last ferry that night. His work ethic, was amazing. He solved the multiple issues with our equipment in addition to installing components on the other boat. David is scheduled to address a different issue for us on the same equipment this next week.
