Paul Zimmer is the Co-Owner of S3 Maritime, a full-service yacht systems, service, and support provider serving the Pacific Northwest and beyond. With more than 30 years in the maritime industry, Paul’s deep roots in boat repair, marine systems, and vessel maintenance help guide S3 Maritime’s commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.

Paul’s passion for the water began at a young age and grew into a lifelong career in marine trades, from hands-on shipwright work to building and expanding successful marine services companies. Known for his focus on long-term client relationships and practical solutions, Paul still enjoys talking shop with customers and the team alike—bringing both experience and enthusiasm to every project.

Ryan Parker - Owner

Ryan Parker is Co-Owner and Co-Founder of S3 Maritime, helping build the company in 2007 with a vision to deliver top-tier yacht service on the West Coast. Since day one, Ryan’s deep involvement in marine support, vessel systems, and hands-on service has been a cornerstone of S3 Maritime’s reputation for practical solutions and skilled workmanship.

With years of experience in the maritime trades and business leadership, Ryan enjoys collaborating with clients and the team to tackle complex marine challenges and keep projects moving efficiently. His long-standing commitment to the boating community reflects a passion for boats, the water, and helping owners maintain and improve their vessels with confidence.

Kalin Tobin

General Manager

Kalin Tobin is the General Manager at S3 Maritime, bringing a strong background in marine operations, project coordination, and hands-on leadership. With years of experience supporting vessel repair, refit, and custom marine projects, Kalin works closely with both customers and crews to keep projects running smoothly from planning through completion.

Known for his practical approach and steady leadership style, Kalin is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and enjoys being part of the problem-solving process on the dock and in the shop. His focus is on clear communication, quality workmanship, and making sure every client feels confident in the work being done on their vessel.

Greg Allen is a Customer Relations & Sales Executive at S3 Maritime, bringing decades of hands-on marine industry experience and a lifelong passion for boating. As the former owner of Yacht Masters Northwest, Greg has worked closely with boat owners, captains, and crews throughout his career, developing a deep understanding of vessel maintenance, refits, and owner expectations.
