I wanted to thank you for the fantastic job that your team did building a custom dinghy lift for our 36' Beneteau Antares 11!  All of your staff that I interacted with during the project were courteous and professional.  Sai responded to my project request quickly and was efficient in getting my project scheduled.  I worked closely with Aaron and Alex on the design and they were very responsive to my questions.  Aaron did a great job of sketching up the design that we discussed on his initial visit to the boat, and suggesting many improvements to the design that I had in mind.  When some of my initial plans for storing the dinghy motor didn't work out, they were flexible and quick to come up with creative solutions.  Alex designed a slick solution for a folding motor mount that works great.  They sent me progress updates and pictures throughout the project so I knew how things were progressing.  Their work was high quality and I'm very pleased with how it turned out, and how well it fits the existing look of our boat!

Owners Paul and Ryan along with service manager Mike have built a world class team of knowledgeable, experienced and qualified personnel to service every aspect of a yacht. Thank you and your excellent staff for work performed above and beyond what could be practically expected by any boater. It started with a failed new piece of equipment that after four months of not functioning the manufacturer finally recommended your organization to us. My first contact was with Mike Tobin via mobile phone from Sucia.

I was hanging from our radar arch to get an adequate mobile signal to be able to reach Mike.  We were about to leave the US on an eight-week trip to Desolation Sound and points beyond. However, without this equipment the trip would have to have been canceled or significantly modified. Mike was able to arrange to send David to Roche Harbor within two days.

David’s technical analysis of the issues was thorough, accurate and efficient. I have managed technical staff most of forty-four year professional career.

He had the situation in hand the first day he was there, in addition to addressing a different set of problems for another customer at the same time. He had flown up that first day, but was not able to get a flight the second day. So in addition to going to the shop to get the appropriate parts for both, he drove back the next morning via ferry and worked until the last ferry that night. His work ethic, was amazing. He solved the multiple issues with our equipment in addition to installing components on the other boat. David is scheduled to address a different issue for us on the same equipment this next week.

I strongly recommend S3 Maritime for any project on any boat.
